Sweet but shy is the best way to describe Peridot. This girl with the ebony coat was orphaned at a very young age and had to be bottle-fed around the clock. She grew healthy and strong, as you can clearly see, but she had a hard time learning to trust people and began withdrawing from everyone she met. The solution? Clicker training! Clicker training has done wonders for Peridot, helping her come out of her shell, and she’s making progress every day. Today, she even looks forward to treats and head scratches.
